Most dealers want you to come in before talking price which can be a huge waste of time, but they were willing to work to earn my business which paid off for them. They have a very family friendly waiting area which was nice since I had to wait with my wife and 2 yr old as I made the finilaztions of the purchase. Everyone there was very friendly, and I did not feel like anyone was trying to pressure me or get anything over on me. Great overall car buying experience for me. James (Fitz) was also a really good guy, easy to talk to and very friendly. Mike, one of the sales managers who I made the deal with was very straightforward and likeable. He was willing to work with me to earn my business, and was very respectful through the whole process. More

Too long to wait for basic services. Two hours+ is too long to wait for basic services - 25000 mile service, new wiper blades. Should have been completed much quicker in my opinion. I went to Paul at Faulkner Toyota Trevose — he had listed my car on Facebook and my mom had forwarded it along to me as she’d bought her car from Paul I went to Paul at Faulkner Toyota Trevose — he had listed my car on Facebook and my mom had forwarded it along to me as she’d bought her car from Paul at Faulkner a few years ago as well. She gave him a call, we went to the dealership and test drove my car before filling out all the paperwork and I picked her (yes my car is a girl, her name is Stella) up the next day. He guided me to the inside to the service advisor to check in. Once inside I started the computer/paper work with a great young man Mr. Tyler Holsman. He was very Professional breaking everything down for me and guiding me to the lounge where the coffee and snacks were at my disposal. I also while there ran into my salesman, Alan Rhode/great guy and chatted a while telling him I might be seeing him next year for a step up on his Rave 4,s. Great place not only to buy a well built Toyota but a great place to do Maintenance business''. More
