Nice people, good service The 2013 Camry I bought used from Faulkner had a terrible leak, which soaked the cabin wells and, on cold days, caused ice to form on the inside of th The 2013 Camry I bought used from Faulkner had a terrible leak, which soaked the cabin wells and, on cold days, caused ice to form on the inside of the windshield. I took it to the Ardmore Toyota service center because it is closest to where I live and they could not find the problem and suggested I take it back to Faulkner. So, I took it back to Faulkner, which: gave me a free loaner car, found a factory problem with the windshield seal, fixed it, replaced the pads under the carpet, cleaned and dried out the carpets, and did it all under warranty at no cost to me. Everyone in service, especially Brad who handled my appointment, was helpful and friendly. Only time will tell if the fix solved the problem entirely but the customer experience was worth the 60-mile round trip and the $17 in turnpike tolls. More

Car fixed after an accident I was in a hit and run accident early December 2018. I was devastated! I took my vehicle to the same dealer I bought my truck from, Faulkner GMC in Tr I was in a hit and run accident early December 2018. I was devastated! I took my vehicle to the same dealer I bought my truck from, Faulkner GMC in Trevose, PA. Their collision center took care of my car. Although it took almost two months to get my car back, they did an awesome job overall and accommodated me with a loaner vehicle until I got my car back. Greg constantly kept me up to date with what they were doing to my car and I really appreciated that! My next vehicle will definitely be from Faulkner GMC. I was happy with the end results! More
