Best Service Advisor I have ever met I was buying 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser and wanted an honest understanding of the mechanical condition. I met Tyler Holsman, service advisor, and desc I was buying 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser and wanted an honest understanding of the mechanical condition. I met Tyler Holsman, service advisor, and described my hesitation in buying a vehicle from a third party this old and my need for an extensive analysis. Tyler took time to describe in depth what was going on with the vehicle and had Chris,the mechanic, talk with me to get an extra level of detail. Because of the needed repairs conducted by the third party Tyler and his team reassessed the vehicle twice more. Tyler cared about the car as if it was his own. I would highly recommend seeing Tyler next time you need an honest opinion. My only regret is that I live in CT and will not have a chance to have Tyler and the professionals at Faulkner Toyota service my Land Cruiser. More
