Great Salesman Mike Smith. Would highly recommend him. Prior to going to the Dealership I spoke with Mike Smith on the phone. We had a great conversation and I felt comfortable going in to meet him. I told him what I was looking for and he had the cars available when I arrived for my appointment. We instantly clicked. Had great conversation and he worked hard to get me where we needed to be to purchase a car. I was torn between the Honda Pilot and the Highlander. I have a 2013 Pilot and really loved that style vehicle. When Honda changed their style in 16 I decided to buy out my 13 that was a lease. I test drove your 4 Runner but it was a little bit of a rough ride and was more like a truck. We compared the Pilot and the Highlander and decided we liked the Highlander the best. We also really liked Mike Smith and did not feel we needed to shop at any other Toyota dealers. I am in sales myself and appreciated the no pressure attitude from Mike. Just straight relaxed conversation. Would highly recommend him to friends and family. More
