Every service visit is like 200-250 dollars, so sometimes I feel that I’m being advised of things that I don’t need or up sell. Customer appreciation Contrary to my title, faulkner was everything but appreciative of my purchase. It took very long for the dealership to get the vehicle I desired and b Contrary to my title, faulkner was everything but appreciative of my purchase. It took very long for the dealership to get the vehicle I desired and by then I lost the 0% finance, I was overcharged about $800 besides additional $900 for sunroof, from the initial deal I signed, I will pay $1400 in interest now because of Faulkner. There was no try or even a sincere apology to make up for it. I was told this is the deal I have. Sort of take it or walk. From this entire experience I learned that this dealership did not value my business. I should have taken my money elsewhere but unlike Faulkner I made a commitment and I did abide by it. I’m happy with the car, the only thing in this deal that Faulkner had nothing to do with. More

Very professional, very knowledgeable I was recommended to see Jason Brown by my fiancé Tereza Gowen,Jason whom in turn put me in the hands of Bruce. Then we picked out the car for me... test drive and shortly after I was buying my new Camry ... he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all it’s extras that came with it... showed me how to get around the component that the car came with, downloaded some stuff from my iPhone onto the car. Incompetent Took car at 10. Got call that it was done. When pickup, cashier service said , cannot find paperwork and car was not done. Waited until told that it w Took car at 10. Maybe an hour or more was wasted. Car was not washed as promised. They said wash was complimentary. I would prefer to go somewhere else next service. Very incompetent people. More
