Honestly caring salesmen I haven’t bought a car in over 10 years and so much has changed. Nobody is willing to tell you how much a car costs when you walk onto the lot. Their I haven’t bought a car in over 10 years and so much has changed. Nobody is willing to tell you how much a car costs when you walk onto the lot. Their only interest is getting all of your information into their system so they can email you daily with any special, price drop,comparison vehicle or just to keep in touch even if they do not have anything close to what you are looking for. SoI went from dealership to dealership asking for the same type car. I was not picky about color, make or model but did want to stay within a price range and I wanted a manual transmission with a sunroof. I was repeatedly told to come on in and they will see what they have. Then the inevitable would happen. The salesperson would pull up their inventory on the website and begin searching. At first I tried to be polite and patient while they asked my name,address,phone, job info and other questions while they searched for something they already knew they didn’t have. But after 2 weeks my patience had reached its end and I began calling dealerships for information and telling them I would not come out to see the car if the price was not in my range .When I spoke to Jon Kim at Faulkner Toyota I explained what I was looking for. We did some negotiating over the phone and his supervisor Mike Villari called me back to discuss coming for a test drive. I explained that I was scheduled test drive two vehicles in my price range the following day but I really liked the car they had and would be willing to travel there to test drive if they could get it in my price range. Not only did they work with me financially but when I pulled in for the test drive, Jon Kim was outside waiting for me and the car was ready for me to drive. The car was EXACTLY what I was looking for! Next, Mike Villari came up to introduce himself and he was as nice in person as he had been on the phone.Needless to say,I did purchase the car after working out some minor details. Maybe another Toyota dealership could have worked this kind of deal but I was more impressed with the kindness and professionalism these gentlemen showed through the entire process. I never felt pressured or rushed and every question was answered. They accommodated my needs every step of the way and should be commended for their work ethic. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to go to Faulkner Toyota for honesty and professional service when they shop for their next car! Good job gentlemen!! More

Repair damage done to vehicle in accident Had extensive damage to front of car, including driver side front fender and front bumper. My dealings were solely with John Marshall, Estimator. John apprised me of the status of my car’s repair throughout the approximate 18 days my car was being inspected and worked on. He made sure that I was aware of the status of my car and whether it would be completed by the delivery date initially given to me. In fact the car was completed two days early, allowing me to return my car rental earlier than expected. Total first class service throughout a stressful period for me. More

We have bought several cars over the years and have even strayed away from nearby dealers due to poor customer service.
