My only small issue (that I noticed after returning home) was that I was charged full price ($49.95) for the emissions inspection even though the Sticker Issuance Report says that my car had an 'operated less than 5000 miles' exemption, which means I should have been charged $19.95; I did however have a coupon for a free state inspection so I'm not sure if that interfered with the pricing at all (just wish it was stated somewhere if it interfered or not). Besides that, they were very friendly and professional and I really appreciated that. More

I had to stick with the standard option because that was in my price range. There were a few things I was disappointed that it didn’t come with, but Smitty let me know that those options were available to add in later (i.e. heated seats, self start). The service along with the evident quality of the car made my decision easy. When it came to the financing aspect, everything was explained clearly and all of of my questions were answered. More
