Service many times will ring to a voice mail. this most recent appointment i had to schedule on line because i had left 2 voicemails and didn’t get a call back. I did have better luck getting an actual person when i needed to make a change to my appointment time. And they were very accommodating to my need to reschedule. At previous dealerships that I had purchased cars thru when you take a car for service the car is washed when completed. Would be nice if Toyota considered adding that to service calls. Overall I am pleased with the staff and service at Faulkner. More

They were very accommadating of our little nit-picking about an possible prob with the paint on the hood and the manager came out and waxed the hood of the car while Mike started the paperwork!
