And when brought it to Mr.Steve's attention,instead of listening,he taunted and took her side. Nevertheless, wasn't given any paper work after redoing the job(coz as per Lauren,"no body got paid to redo it,so no paperwork"). More

Horrible experience with customer service - stay away from Shannon Haughney. Bought brand new Highlander 2018. Could not get it to play music from USB drive-same drives work in my wife's Hond - stay away from Shannon Haughney. Bought brand new Highlander 2018. Could not get it to play music from USB drive-same drives work in my wife's Honda. Went to the dealership service department to see what's wrong. They check the car - it was all right, but could not tell me why my USB drives (two of them) were not working. The person I've spoken Shannon Haughney. I've explained to him that same USB drives work in my wife’s Honda, in my computer, pretty much anywhere, but my new shining Highlander. He was not able to answer any question and finished with "I don't want to waste any more of my time with you here". Great way to treat a customer who just bought $37K brand new vehicle. Shannon was not only rude, unprofessional, not polite whatsoever, he also seemed very irritated by mere fact that I am asking questions instead of just listening to his uneducated BS. Customer service people is face of any business. We deal a lot more with them than with sales people. Shannon has no idea of being polite, of being helpful, of being respectful at least. To have person like that is big liability - trouble waiting to happen. I am very disappointed and will write letter to Toyota organization about this incident More
