From a service aspect Faukner Toyota Trevose is top notch, I had an issue with the navigation in my Highlander, I brought it in to be assessed, it was discovered that the entire head unit had to be rep notch, I had an issue with the navigation in my Highlander, I brought it in to be assessed, it was discovered that the entire head unit had to be replaced, they sent me home and would call when the new one arrived, in about a week or so it made it to the dealership, with a cracked screen! Brad, the service advisor even sent me a picture to avoid any doubt in my mind. The “next” new one arrived in another week or so, I was called to come in, I left with a loaner car happy and looking forward to getting my car back with a working navigation system. A few days later and I was all fixed up! I also had an issue with an oil leak, this too was faced head on, they had the car for over a week, the leak wasn’t that bad, but the location it was in made it take as long as it did. In an effort to be clear and honest they do try to “upsell” on certain things, as any dealership does, but are not over pushy. Any issue I’ve had, and they were only the two I described were corrected to my satisfaction in a professional and prompt manner. The fact that they supplied me with a loaner is very important to me as well, I give Faukner Toyota a solid 5/5. I’m confident that you will feel the same way if a problem arises with your Toyota! Just bought my third Highlander from Faulkner. Gus, the sales person, and Michael the finance person were great! Although there are very few 2026 Highlanders available and I wanted specific feat Gus, the sales person, and Michael the finance person were great! Worst place It was my compilamtery service for my corolla. I had issue with my heater and fan. I asked to take a look. Sales ref. Said that, they won't take a look and it will be extra cost.
