Took truck in for constant squeak from the rear end. Truck was there all day. Problem was never addressed. They sent me a text that it was ready to go. Realized it as soon as I drove it off the lot they Truck was there all day. Problem was never addressed. They sent me a text that it was ready to go. Told me I’d have to wait another 30 min to have someone drive it with me. They had the truck all day. Never called to say they could not reproduce the issue. Bought a used 2023 RAV4 from them this week. All in all, it was a bad experience. First we were told by the salesperson that we could but down 2k to hold it until funds were transferred to my ba All in all, it was a bad experience. Then we were told, no, we had to write a check for the whole amount and leave it with them to hold until deal was finalized. After writing the check we were told that it wouldn’t hold the car but if I put 2k on my credit card that would work. After demanding to see the manager and telling him how ridiculous they were being he consented to holding the car over the weekend until we could finalize purchase Mon. This was a straight cash sale, no financing involved. The salesperson had little knowledge of procedures and had to hunt for 20 minutes to come up with the second key. We spent about four hours total there. Had we not liked the car we would and should have walked out. Never again! More

They would not hold the car for me. I offered a $2000. non refundable deposit to hold the car. Management refused ! Management was aware I was in the middle of some serious health issues, and they still refused to work with me ! There was no way, I was going to drive 300 miles, if they would not guarantee me, the car would be there when I arrived ! This takes stupidity to a whole new low level! More

I've had service done by them on a car I didn't buy there. They seemed nice enough and very responsive. Fast forward to now. I was met with reservation. He was talkin out loud when I got there, about how it makes him do extra work because I can't leave my car. They don't have a shuttle service, so I'm not sure how he thinks I'm going to get back to work. I follow up the next day to see if i can get an answer about my tire. No real answer, just that it's not under warranty, they can't fix it because i drove on it. I call 4 hours before closing and leave a message. Crickets. I already said yes to the repair so i guess he can ignore me now. I realized he never actually told me what was wrong with my tire initially, did it have A nail? I wouldn't recommend working with Lee Sprout. Very rude and not willing to compromise. More
