I Brought 2016. Volvo XC90 Momentum almost at the end of dealer warranty for an issue. I was totally impressed with the service, even though the warranty was about to expire they took care of business are dealer warranty for an issue. Unfortunately I'm going to have to give this ZERO stars. I have been doing business with Volvo for over 20 years and with Faulkner Volvo since the Burdumy dealership in Huntington Valley closed. I recently I have been doing business with Volvo for over 20 years and with Faulkner Volvo since the Burdumy dealership in Huntington Valley closed. I recently had both my cars ( I currently own 2 Volvo cars S60 and S80. My S80 that was being serviced at the Faulkner dealership had a few items stolen from my vehicle. I completely understand their policy that they are not responsible for missing items but I didn't think I had to EMPTY THE CONTENTS INSIDE THE VEHICLE because they won't be there when I get the car back. After years of loyalty to this dealership the manager JOE told me in so many words "Too bad, sorry for your loss." He was out right rude.
