Faulkner's service department employees contacted me via emails and telephone calls to bring in the car at my earliest convenience. The callers were always pleasant and I could detect concern in their voice on each call. Upon arrival at the dealership, I found staff that was caring and concerned. After arriving to pick-up my car I was warmly greeted. Jeff Kleinbrahm went over everything that had been corrected and asked if I had any questions. He also invited me to contact him immediately if I noticed anything wrong with my car. I haven't had to call back, but should it become necessary, I will not hesitate to contact Jeff.
