Understanding and Help I went to the Faulkner Volvo showroom on Friday July 6th. Due to a change in the lives of my wife and I, we needed to go from two cars to one. We had I went to the Faulkner Volvo showroom on Friday July 6th. Due to a change in the lives of my wife and I, we needed to go from two cars to one. We had an 18 month old Subaru and a leased Volvo S60 for only 9 months. I explained my situation to Chris McShea and he was agreeable to working with me to get work on a solution. I then worked closely with Bryan Krantz to decide on the best car for us under the circumstances and he let Chris know what I chose. Bryan explained the car in very detail, from inside the cabin to under the hood. With a good idea of how the deal would work and the paperwork needed, Bryan returned to my house with me to pickup the other car. We returned with both, they saw that I described the 2nd car's care and condition accurately, and we shook hands and completed the transactions. Two great guys to work with. In fact, when Chris saw me that day he remembered me from 9 months earlier when I leased the S60. That impressed me. More
