They called the rental car company to pick me up and then I dropped off the car when mine was completed. I was able to e mail Rich to get updates on the progress of my work and the entire job was handled with ease and professionalism. This is a top notch service department. More

I hate getting it serviced. So one million high fives to Mark Schulik and the rest of the Service Team at Faulkner for making my experience as seemless as possible. Mark arranged maintance, inspection on my car as well as transportation to and from work, even personally picking me up at the end of the day. My car was completed the same day and pricing for inspection and new breaks was comparable with an independent service provider but included a bonus car wash. My C30 is road legal and breaking much safer once more thanks to Mark and team - good job. More
