They charged me $138 for an oil change, and also replaced the fog lamps. The latter required removing the under engine skid plate. A month later, all but one skid plate screw was gone. All I can say is this is the best Volvo dealer around I come all the way from nj to work with these wonderful people. They make leasing or buying a new Volvo the best experience possible. Marc Handelsman was the best salesman and he really cared about me and my budget and got me into the car I wanted for the right price. He gave me a goodie bag for my car with all Volvo things which was so thoughtful. I really enjoyed working with Marc and will in the future again. This is not my first Volvo from Faulkner and I hope it won't be my last. Call Marc trust me he will make you feel relaxed and make the whole experience easy. I want to also thank Matt in finance he is great he was my first salesman last car and now he's switched over to finance great person. Then let's do a shout-out to Mark in service incredible follow up after car delivery he told me he was there for me anytime I needed anything and he was upbeat and willing to help in anyway he could he called me twice after delivery to make sure I was truly happy.
