Tire Problems I had a flat tire and work 3rd shift. The only place open was a Discount Tire at 7. They were not able to fix my car because of not having a lock key I had a flat tire and work 3rd shift. The only place open was a Discount Tire at 7. They were not able to fix my car because of not having a lock key for the lug that would fit. I did not receive one with my car...a 2019 Charger purchased brand new. I called Dodge in Fayetteville and explained my situation. They went and picked up my car and had it ready that day and got me a lock key. No hassling, no questions, just great service. I had a good experience purchasing my car and an even better experience in my time of crisis. Highly recommend. More

My check engine light came on in my 2013 Town & Country Van and I dreaded taking it to the shop because, in the past, at other dealerships, I’ve taken my vehicle in for routine, covered service & left with a long list of issues that supposedly needed repair that wasn’t covered by warranty. Fayetteville Chrysler ran the diagnostic, determined that nothing was wrong with my van & turned off the light-at no charge! There was absolutely no pressure to get unnecessary repairs done.
