Great service I had my Dodge Journey serviced for new tires, tune up, fuel injector service and to try to find out why my car was retaining water when it rained on I had my Dodge Journey serviced for new tires, tune up, fuel injector service and to try to find out why my car was retaining water when it rained on my drivers side. I used a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car. Typically at the one in Huntsville, they would have had my car for over a week, but here I had my car with all problems resolved in three days. Mark and Sasha were both extremely helpful, polite and exemplified excellent customer service! I will use them for all my car needs in the future! More

Inexperience and Lies The dealership claimed it couldn’t transfer vehicles from its sister store an hour away and provide me with the same lease agreement payment because o The dealership claimed it couldn’t transfer vehicles from its sister store an hour away and provide me with the same lease agreement payment because of numbers of invoices in each dealership and other reasons. Apparently they can because my friend at work did exactly that and had a vehicle moved from this dealership to the other when they wanted to buy. I also only agreed to a lease if the numbers kept me in the $300’s and after a finance screw up or on purpose, my payment is now over $400. Was it a method to get me to sign to later have Chrysler Finance give me the real payment much later? I’ll never know but it seems swarthy and underhanded to me. The salesperson knew nothing about the Jeep and couldn’t even drive the standard transmission. More
