She's a straight shooter honest and did a great job breaking everything down for my wife and I. Even manage to beat rates provided by tried and true USAA which is tough to do! After meeting Sasha the Service manager. There is no question where I will be bringing both mine and my wife's car to have service done. She is a straight shooter no BS and gets things done. And it was about 10 to 15 min... they did great job and was friendly... was even honest about a question i ask about the 10 dollar supply charge. More than anything else they did.. the honest answer was by far will be what brings me back. I know that 10 dollars of supplies is not used to service a truck on an oil change. My Money's No Good We bought a car on Saturday, but didn't realize our bank's customer service closed at 2pm to raise our debit card limit. They let us do a partial paym We bought a car on Saturday, but didn't realize our bank's customer service closed at 2pm to raise our debit card limit. They let us do a partial payment, and pay the rest Monday. No big deal. Until I got there Monday morning to pay them, and all of a sudden they wouldn't accept the same card. Said they wouldn't do transactions over $3k, which was a lie since our partial payment had been over $3k. It honestly wouldn't have been a big deal if they had just been honest upfront, rather than try to lie their way around it. Now our whole day is thrown off trying to work around this, where as we could have planned for it. I don't like liars. And I won't be back. More
