Due to a high volume of customers and a shortage of sales staff on the day we visited we were able to view the Ram truck inventory before any of the s Due to a high volume of customers and a shortage of sales staff on the day we visited we were able to view the Ram truck inventory before any of the staff were available to assist us. Our initial experience was directly with the general sales manager who showed us the truck that we were interested in, provided a test drive and negotiated the sale at what we considered a good price. A salesperson became available and was outstanding in completing the sale and prepping the vehicle. Both the sales manager and the salesperson were extremely knowledgeable of and able to explain the truck's features and a pleasure to work with. Realizing that the sale of supplemental warranties is a profitable aspect of the business for all dealers we did not believe that the true cost of the the supplemental warranties were clearly explained requiring a lot of questioning before declining. This was the only negative experience of the sale for us. Overall the Fayetteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram sales staff made our vehicle purchase a positive experience. Thanks Jace and Wendy! More
