A quick update. After speaking with the dealership management, they were more than happy to supply us with a free loaner while our Durango was being diagnosed. The replacement part had to be ordered, so I am assuming that they will supply us with a loaner when the actual repair has to be completed. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at Fayetteville Dodge, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a new Dodge vehicle.
