There is a severe lack of communication from the service advisors and proper work being performed. I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 because the rear axle was leaking on August 24th. I went in numerous times to th advisors and proper work being performed. I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 because the rear axle was leaking on August 24th. I went in numerous times to the dealer because I could not get a straight answer from anybody in the service department over the phone. I received it back Friday SEPTEMBER 15th. My rear axle locked up 5 DAYS LATER. I had it for 1 week! This needs to be rectified. I was told I was going to get it back friday September 29th but the shop foreman later said he does not know when it will be ready. More
