The service department has always been top notch! - starplee65

The service department has always been top notch! They never seem to act like you are a bother, like other service departments. They treat you as the reason they exist. They treat you like family. They address you by name, because they know who you are. Don't get me wrong, I like their service department for the experience and professionalism they provide, and the ability to do things right the first time. But, I like the family-feel. Keep up the great work!

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through - Mark.sweeney32

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

Polite, to the point, the waiting area was clean and - J0.knee-F3v8_Bot

Polite, to the point, the waiting area was clean and stocked with snacks / drinks. Services required were rotate tires and inspection. Don't recall exact amount of time, but the impression I went away with was very short. As a Dodge owner, and father to a previous Dodge diagnostic tech they did well. I will be back.

I bought a 2022 gladiator and with in the fist 2 weeks - ivanslt250r

I bought a 2022 gladiator and with in the fist 2 weeks the engine starting making s loud tapping noise. That was not the dealership issue but when dropped off for repairs my jeep sat there for over a month most of the time sitting in the parking lot with my engine open to the weather. After over a month to change the timing chain they trimmed it wrong and had to start over. Two weeks later it finally ready and the original noise I brought it in for was unchanged or truthfully worse than when it was dropped off. They treated it like it was a pet project that didn't matter and in the end didnt even fix it. I told them what the problem was when dropped off but they assured me it wasn't what I thought it was. I told them rocker arm tapping. Had it diagnosed by a shop I trust today took them less then 10 minutes to find rocker arm cylinder 2 is most likely bad. This dealer ship has great service advisors but I highly do not recommend taking your vehicle to them to be repaired.

We bought a truck with a 30 day warranty. - ericamarievasquez3

We bought a truck with a 30 day warranty. The transmission has now went out and since we have drove more than 1000 miles we are SOL. The dealership said there was nothing that they could do about it. You should not sale vehicles with bad transmissions and then do nothing about it to help your customers. Very disappointed.

Great experience with salesperson and friendly people... - Shady

EDITED: I was in Saturday to have an oil change with your - Greg Kelly

EDITED: I was in Saturday to have an oil change with your service department. I had a coupon for 2 full synthetic changes for $120 I believe, and at first the acting service manager said it wouldn't apply because it takes semi synthetic oil. I brought up that my car takes fully synthetic oil, or that is what I preferred. She couldn't get the coupon to work. I looked up the oil part number from the invoice on the mopar site, and it said it was not compatible with my vehicle as it is not fully synthetic. I called and spoke to the acting service manager, as well as the parts manager. They were both very courteous. They said it was fully synthetic that was put in, but nothing that is in the documentation reflects this, or being told my car doesn't take fully synthetic initially when I know that it does. I just don't want this to cause any potential issues, and I wanted fully synthetic oil. I have kept the part number and screenshot from the mopar site, as well as the invoice with the same part number from the service department for my records that both say it's not compatible with my vehicle. Any response would be greatly appreciated, before this becomes a potential major issue. Emailed these to the service manager and haven't heard back yet. Tried to contact Mike, but was told he just left. Oil all over the hood as well. EDIT: the phone call did little to rectify the situation. Sent a pic of a box with the oil that was supposed to be used, and another of a backside of SOME box with the right part but couldn't explain the wrong part number on the invoice, at all. Andy seems to be a great service manager though. If you're ever in this situation of the right oil being in your car, there is a company called Blackstone Labs that will test it. I'm doing it now, and if it is not fully synthetic which I asked for. Man o man, This will turn into something. Couldn't use the coupon either, and no additional offers, or promotions we given after this unprofessional mishap. Might contact the FTC, and NCDOT which deals with these situations, as well as dealer fraud. Also, I was treated very passive aggressively when I went there to purchase a new vehicle, which I bought elsewhere. There are way more competitive dealerships, who treated you like they want your business. Basically none negotiable, but with the bloated inventory of 23 models, and the hornets which are rebranding Alfa Romeo no one wants, as well as the ev's prices are dropping everywhere. Many dealers did this to themselves. Stellantis is killing Dodge
