This experience was the most disappointing since the start with Crown/Fayetteville Dodge. I felt jerked around for service as if I was just a marble being rolled around for an open slot. Will start by saying I have been using that location for service on all of my vehicles since 2011. Waited five and a half hours for an oil change, while everyone who arrived after me was in and out. Then service on all of my vehicles since 2011. Waited five and a half hours for an oil change, while everyone who arrived after me was in and out. Then received two text messages about my vehicle having no issues, and for me to text back at that number with any questions, or issues, but never received any response when I did text back. Then when I physically went to get an update on my vehicle, I was told my vehicle was coming out in the next few minutes, but it was an hour and fifteen minutes later before it did come out. Worst service I’ve ever had at that location, but first since the new ownership. Needless to say I will be looking for another dealer from here on out. New owners definitely don’t care about your loyalty. More

Imminently after my oil change my check engine light is on. Took it back to see and now they want to charge me to get it looked at.
