Charged $200 for DEF diagnostic end of June, did not find problem. Two weeks later DEF warning light came on pulling 5th wheel on camping trip. Fortunately found an extremely helpful Team Dodge dealership problem. Two weeks later DEF warning light came on pulling 5th wheel on camping trip. Fortunately found an extremely helpful Team Dodge dealership in Morganton, NC that identified the problem as the DEF pump, and promptly installed it in a couple days to get us ready to roll again. Shame on you Fayetteville Dodge for being so incompetent! I’ll be taking my 3500 elsewhere for services from now on! More
