There was very poor communication from the moment I brought the truck in to be worked on. I called multiple times each day for the first two days. Each day, I ended up having to takeoff work to go to t brought the truck in to be worked on. I called multiple times each day for the first two days. Each day, I ended up having to takeoff work to go to the dealership because nobody would answer the phone, all I had was a small request for the technician. On the second day, I stood outside the dealership with my phone in my hand, ringing the service department. There were three gentlemen inside the bay as one car was leaving. Each time it went to voicemail . I would hang up and call again. The second day of nobody answering the phone I did the same thing. This time I went to the service manager‘s office, phone ringing again. Nobody picked up the phone after discussion with a service manager, and the original service writer , I was assured it would be better communication. I am very satisfied with the results of the work, but when you pay over $200 an hour do you think somebody could answer the telephone More
