Sold a Lemon I purchased a 2015 Camaro less than 40 days ago! I had an appraisal done and found out that my car has a bent frame, replaced fenders and a repainte I purchased a 2015 Camaro less than 40 days ago! I had an appraisal done and found out that my car has a bent frame, replaced fenders and a repainted hood which means a previous accident! This info was not revealed to me during the purchase price! I was told my car had a score of 91..the highest for a used vehicle. I was told to contact Auto Check to purchase my car back because of this! A car should not be sold that has a bent frame! My car has a guaranteed buy back warranty from Auto Check! I was told that it is the responsibility of the dealership to reverse the sale! They are playing the point the finger game so I have had to obtain a lawyer to handle the situation for me! I will never use the services of Allan Vigil Ford Of Fayetteville because of the inconvenience and the lack of cooperation from the company! I have submitted a complaint with the BBB and plan on contacting the news to inform all of my experience! Allan Vigil Ford Of Fayetteville does not provide great customer service! I advise no one to visit or shop with the dealership! I’m just getting started! Hopefully the situation is addressed and handled in a timely manner so that my opinion can be retracted, if not it will only get worse on their part! I plan on experiencing justice! More
