Unsatisfied I took my truck here because it jerks/ change gears hard when slowing down. I was told the truck was driven 15 miles & no problem was detected. I’m very disappointed in the service and lack of communication. When I picked up my truck no details were given I was handed my receipt & told where to pick up my truck. No suggestions were offered, no one talked to me about what could be wrong with my truck & this was the second time I have taken it to a Ford dealership & no problem was found. The truck downshifts hard & have me uneasy. More
