Absolute worst customer service ever for their Service department. Not only do they not answer their phones, nor return any phone calls, but they have the audacity to make decisions for the customer about department. Not only do they not answer their phones, nor return any phone calls, but they have the audacity to make decisions for the customer about my vehicle without even calling me! On top of that, I asked them to check the steering wheel for a clicking noise. They fixed it ….but then a over a week later we discovered they had disabled the windshield wipers! Utter and complete incompetence. More
They have had my 2003 Kia optima for a month now because the engine blew up, which it is being repaired by them because it’s under the recall warranty. Now they’re telling me a whole different amount of tim the engine blew up, which it is being repaired by them because it’s under the recall warranty. Now they’re telling me a whole different amount of time for them to have my car ready. They went from having 16 cars ahead of me when I drop my car off and now it’s 21 Cars ahead of me, which means I’m not gonna get my car back until probably the end of September. not only that, they don’t even provide a loaner car or a rental. They are not being helpful at all I pay my car on time. xxxx they may as well just give me a new xxxx car and start my loan over but that be much like doing the right thing considering that visit I will never purchase no deal with Kia ever again. More
I’m torn when writing this because while the service people are friendly every single time I have brought my car in their has been an issue. Twice I had to bring it back because even though I let it be people are friendly every single time I have brought my car in their has been an issue. Twice I had to bring it back because even though I let it be known when I scheduled it was for a recall they did not have the part when I got there. No call before hand saying don’t come We don’t have the part. I have to drive 40 minutes to get there and when they casually say oh can you bring it back. Frustrating. This time I called the same day because I had requested an appt online and had not received a confirmation or denial and the appt I had asked for was that morning. He said no your not on the schedule. He then gave me some other options which one was five o’clock the same day. I took it and showed up just to have them say sorry your not on the schedule and we are behind can you come back. I explained I had spoken to someone that morning and they had given me the time. So she went back to explain. Not sure what will happen or how long I will be waiting. This is the only dealer close to me or I would go elsewhere. More

If the Rep can figure out the appointments without putting you on hold they eventually come back on the phone to say we have no appointments and to call back because they are busy! The Rep then Do My hung up the phone. Do not expect the service preformed to be anything more than poor. Car is returned dirty, not all parts are put back together correctly and items such as change is stolen from inside the vehicle. When problems are reported the service tech cannot find the basic problem or preform the most basic repairs. The Fayetteville Kia Service center and Dealer has gone from an excellent dealer to one of the worst ever over the last 2 years. This includes the sales persons but especially the terrible service scheduling and customer service. To bad because it used to be a great dealership. I have been a customer for over 20 years and now will no longer call this location for service or buy my new cars from them. I suggest all customers to driver a little further and go to the Kia dealership in the Southern Pines, NC location! More

Called was spoken to rudely and was told I had to deal with the extended warranty company that i bought . The extended warranty was purchased threw Kia . Been xxxxxx around for 2 and a half days now . Anytime I’ve made contact with service I’m told that that’s not something they do :towing, rental car , ect . And yet the warranty company says otherwise ...I would not ever recommend this dealer to anyone for anything ...the only person who was remotely helpful was Megan. More

Oil changes 😫 Early in 2017 I had the engine of my 2013 Kia Optima rebuilt. For my 1st oil change after that I went to the Kia dealership at the Auto mall. I told t Early in 2017 I had the engine of my 2013 Kia Optima rebuilt. For my 1st oil change after that I went to the Kia dealership at the Auto mall. I told them when I initially got to the dealership that I had just gotten my engine rebuilt, and I now want Full Synthetic oil in my car. I signed paperwork that said 'FULL SYNTHETIC' and they took my keys. When my car came back to the front I paid and started to drive off. I looked at the sticker on the windshield and noticed 'SB'. I turned around and asked what was SB for... I was told synthetic blend! I reminded them that I not only asked for full synthetic, but I signed a paper that went to the back with my car that said full synthetic. They once again took my car to the back and "changed" my oil again. This happened on two other occasions at the Kia dealership. The last time I felt like they were getting tired of me complaining, and it didn't help that they charged me $18 a quart for full synthetic they finally put in my car the last time I went to have them change my oil. I complained to the service manager and also spoke to the general manager. I lost confidence in them and I feel they did not do enough to right the wrong's that their careless service tech's did. I will not be going back and I'm going to tell anyone who will listen about the undesirable service I had. I will NOT recommend Fayetteville Auto Mall to anyone!!!!!! More
