I needed an oil change on my car. I had gotten an email from Feldmans informing that was due. I called set up an appointment in a couple of days. I drove my car in the service area. Mark Callahan, was the Service Advisor. Very nice person. He checked to see if what he had been told, was what I wanted. .Complete oil lube, filter service, etc. Mark told me how long it would take. I needed to wait at Feldmans due to others schedules. He showed me to an area in the showroom to wait. The work was done in 2 hours exactly.. Mark ushered me to the cashier and I paid. She was very nice too. Then Mark showed me where my car was and I was ready to go. Everyone was very nice at Feldmans. I will be having my car serviced at Feldmans from now on. Very good experience! More
