I reached out to this Dealership to get an extended warranty for my car that I purchased. They were unprofessional from the start. Day one...I received the warranty information and I specifically ask warranty for my car that I purchased. They were unprofessional from the start. Day one...I received the warranty information and I specifically asked if there was a payment plan to which they responded YES, with 10% down. I replied back to the email and informed the Finance Manager what plan I wanted and to let me know next steps. Received zero communication back. Followed up the next business day later in the afternoon and was told "Ill have to check with my Supervisor on how to write everything up, expect an email by end of business". Received absolutely nothing. I called the next day and inquired on why I didn't receive any communication to move forward.... I was told "oh we can't do the payment plan, we dont do that anymore". I'm like that's odd. that allllll of a sudden what you told me 2 days ago no longer exists. I asked when did they stop. Response was "I dont know". I asked "why didn't you call to tell me"? Response was "I didn't have the answer"! Unbelievable! Not courteous and rude and unprofessional. Little to zero help. If you had no desire to help me, you should have just said that in the beginning. I know you're not selling me a car and selling me a warranty is a help to the consumer which you should still be in the business of helping. More
