Feldman Chevrolet of Lansing has always done excellent service work on my vehicles. I took my Traverse in for regular lube, oil, filter and tire rotation, and the service technician advised me that based service work on my vehicles. I took my Traverse in for regular lube, oil, filter and tire rotation, and the service technician advised me that based on mileage, additional work was recommended. I was able to bundle the additional work, get it completed same day, and he applied a $50.00 credit to the work. The waiting area is set up to follow social distancing guidelines, and everyone (sales people, services techs, customers....) wore masks. And there was hand sanitizer for anyone that wanted to partake. Good service. Clean waiting area. Job completed within quoted time frame. I'm very satisfied. More
Absolutely the worst dealership. They are the most shady, unprofessional, people I have ever met. As I tried to purchase a vehicle, I told them my budget multiple times. So they were well aware how strict I unprofessional, people I have ever met. As I tried to purchase a vehicle, I told them my budget multiple times. So they were well aware how strict I was on it. They proceeded to find and deliver a vehicle to their dealership convincing me it was the perfect one. Everything I wanted and in my price budget. However it took them days to give me legit numbers on the car, which was way over my budget. Come to find out they had tacked on $1500-2000 additional fees that I had already told them I did not want. But they tried to charge me them anyway under my nose. It took me 3 days to have them make the proper changes and I was told by the financial manager that he would make some changes as far as price to meet my requirements and budget. However he did not do that, he just removed the additional “fees” that I already told them I did not want. 3 days later I tell them I’ll take the car as I’ve been working with my sales person. Told them I would be there that night 4 hours before they closed to sign all the papers. Sales lady told me she could possibly have it delivered that night if not by morning. I didn’t hear anything from anyone until 1pm the next day to find out they sold the vehicle the night before and made a deal with another dealership to pick it up. Most shady business I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t buy ANYTHING from this dealership if my life depended on it. More
Dave does a great job. Communication is fast and efficient. The Tahoe that we purchased was coming in to the Highland Dealership and Dave sent someone down the same day and got it.
