Because of the age of our truck things start wearing out, Doug and the team at Feldman service were awesome professional and due to the amount of service that was needed they also got it done in a timely manner. You hear horror stories in regard to dealer service centers, but not at Feldman, they have always taken such good care of us. Very dependable. Thank you Doug and the mechanical team. More
All 6 Fuel Injectors went bad whle under 36K Miles My 15MY Traverse was dropped off early morning on 04MAY17 due to Blue/White Smoke coming out of Tailpipe. The Vehicle is still under the Bumper to Bu My 15MY Traverse was dropped off early morning on 04MAY17 due to Blue/White Smoke coming out of Tailpipe. The Vehicle is still under the Bumper to Bumper Warranty. The vehicle was fixed and ready to pick up on 15MAY17: It took over 10 Calendar days to determine the problem and repair. The Dealership provided a Loaner to drive; however, I had to force communication with Service to find out what and why there was a problem because there was little to no communication initiated by the Dealership. I was glad to have a Loaner, but they should not let days go by without communication just because the Customer is in a Loaner as if they would not be concerned about their vehicle. I realize that the Service Representative wants to be able to accurately say when the vehicle will be ready; but that does not excuse lack of timely updates as to what is going on! Finally, it turned out that all 6 of my Fuel Injectors were bad....not 1 not 2, not 3....all 6 Injectors. I find that very unusual(I think anyone would), and what confidence do I have that it won't happen again. The only answer I got was that it could have been a bad batch....WOW! really?!..... So, I got my vehicle back and it seems to be running fine...was told I would receive the official Receipt/Repair Order the mail...still waiting, and this is 24MAY17. The waiting room is very comfortable and inviting. I love the abundance of snacks and table space to work while you wait. You can even work in the lounge chairs because of the laptop feature. More

I called to see if I could get my car fixed and if they had any back ups. Jennifer, said not that bad of a back up. She asked why I asked if they had a bad up. I told her because I had my car at Gordon's chevrolet for service for 4 days now, and thay have not even looked at it. Because I was a drive in and did not make appoinment. She said she was sorry, for that. She could get it fixed by the next day. And would keep me up to date on the work. She called when the car went in the bay, then called when it was fixed. it was done the next day by 1:00 pm. The service that Jennifer Gave me was 10,000% better then Gordon's could ever dream of. More
I have dealt with this Dealership service department on several occasions and have never been disappointed in either their integrity or service. Everyone is courteous, friendly, approachable and competent several occasions and have never been disappointed in either their integrity or service. Everyone is courteous, friendly, approachable and competent due in part at least because of Chris Brewis. He has the demeanor and attitude for dealing with people and is honest and forthright with what he tells the customer. They do the work you ask them to do and will point out something if they think it needs attention,but they do not try to sell you something you don't need. My latest dealing with them was just as I expected: work done in a professional way, done to the high degree of competence at a fair price and in a very timely manner. I might add, my vehicle is an older Pontiac and because of my dealings with Tennyson, my next car I'm sure will be a Chevrolet. Keep up the great work Tennyson- and Chris Brewis!!!
