I bought a new Colorado during the first week of June and at 420 miles, the dash lit up with multiple system failures. I took it to Feldman service near the end of June and they determined that it needed a n at 420 miles, the dash lit up with multiple system failures. I took it to Feldman service near the end of June and they determined that it needed a new brake control module which would need to be ordered. They didn't have any loaners available at that time so I was given my truck back to drive with the errors. It was drivable though many safety systems were not functioning. I got a call that the part had come in near the end of July and took it in. I was promised that it would be ready in two work days. After a week I called and was told that they were too busy to work on it that week and the service agent was going on vacation the next week. Apparently when he is gone none of his jobs get worked on since nothing was done for another week. I spoke with him the following week and was told that they were waiting for the module. I reminded him that it was in over two weeks prior. He speculated that there must have been something wrong with it. While that is possible, I believe that it was used to fix someone else's vehicle while he was gone. After it had sat there for six weeks I finally received a call that it was ready on September 9. During the time it was sitting there I had to make two payments on a truck I didn't even have. I understand that parts are sometimes difficult to get but the part was there and they were "too busy" to work on it for two weeks and it mysteriously disappeared. I did not have a usable truck for the entire summer driving season. It currently has 900 miles on it after owning it for three months. More
Walked in the door for an oil change at 6:59am, was told "We don't open till 7, please wait outside." Really?!? My oil change took 90 minutes to complete, making me late for work. 90 minutes for an oil c "We don't open till 7, please wait outside." Really?!? I had a very disappointing experience at Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson. My vehicle sat for more than 48 hours before anyone even inspected it. The work in question was the replacement of defective Chevrolet of New Hudson. My vehicle sat for more than 48 hours before anyone even inspected it. The work in question was the replacement of defective Battery Energy Control Modules (BECM) on my 2016 Chevrolet Volt, covered under GM Technical Service Bulletin No. 18-NA-261. (There was even a class action lawsuit against GM related to these defective BECMs.) When I finally received an estimate, it was substantially higher than quotes I found for the same repair at other Chevrolet dealerships. In addition, I was charged for a diagnostic, yet I had to be persistent just to obtain the GM-specific codes that should have been provided as part of that service. This lack of communication and transparency—especially from a service department representing the Chevrolet brand—concerns me. Based on this experience, I do not feel confident in trusting them with my vehicle in the future. Would I recommend this dealer? No, and I will not be returning. More
Kasey was great to work with! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. Would buy another car from him again! He went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. Would buy another car from him again! More
