NO ONE cares about the customer. NO ONE communicates with the customer. Feldman employees damaged my Jeeps body in May in Clarkston while doing an engine component repair and finall NO ONE communicates with the customer. Feldman employees damaged my Jeeps body in May in Clarkston while doing an engine component repair and finally admitted to it only because of my persistence. Professionals and honest folks would have caught the problem and admitted to it immediately. FINALLY the problem was seemingly corrected last Thursday September 7th...4 months later. The service and care I received at the New Hudson Feldman ranks near the top of the worst service I have ever received in my 66 years of life. Pretty sure no one at Feldman's cares enough to hear my account of dealing with your company. I own my own service oriented business in Clarkston for 37 years and know well how to treat people. It starts with honesty first and always. At this point, unless someone from Feldman cared enough to call and seek to truly understand my frustration, I would not return for any reason and when asked would not give a favorable recommendation.
