I brought my car in for a recall early in the year (2023). The problem wasn't fixed, so in late June I made an appointment to bring it back in for service on Aug. 10th. I brought the car in on 8/9, an (2023). The problem wasn't fixed, so in late June I made an appointment to bring it back in for service on Aug. 10th. I brought the car in on 8/9, and they had it until 5 PM on Friday, August 11th. Nothing was done!! NOTHING! I had to bring it back a third time on 8/25. The service lady in charge (Deborah) was rude and condescending. No empathy at all. I told her my husband had to take off work to bring me there and pick me up and not get paid for time off. Her reply was "well, we don't get paid for recalls". Sorry, that is not my problem. I work in a dentist office, we guarantee fillings for 2 years. If that filling fails, we fix it without charge no matter whose fault it is and we don't make them feel bad for it. She continued to be snide and rude. She is nice if she gets something out of it, but turns instantly mean if she doesn't (not the first time I experienced the attitude). The service guy, Pete was a little better. At the end he did try, but he was also rude at times. I felt like a third class citizen. I won't be back. This is my 3rd rental vehicle in recent years I have gotten there. Once they forgot to put an oil cap back on after an oil change. I drove 200 miles north not knowing it and ended up stranded after the change engine light came on. I will find another dealership to rent/service my cars at in the future. I won't go back there. I feel bad writing a negative review, but I should not have had to take it back and I should not have been treated the way I was causing me to cry over the terrible service and treatment. More
