The whole situation with having my car repaired with Feldman in New Hudson was a nightmare. They refused to give me a loaner for my car unless I personally knew the owner, they promised a 4 week repair Feldman in New Hudson was a nightmare. They refused to give me a loaner for my car unless I personally knew the owner, they promised a 4 week repair and had my car for almost 2 months after I had waited 4 months to even drop my car off due to a part being on back order. The body shop was inconsistent with their communication until it ultimately stopped and I had to reach out Rick for my updates. The saving grace of this experience was Rick and his dedication to helping me get back in my car. They claimed to have sent my car to get detailed and returned it covered in dirt, dust, and the inside was filthy. More
