My vehicle was there for two days to fix the rear back up, camera and they couldn’t fix it. I had the same thing repaired last August, so it was under warranty. this time they said it was the radio had so up, camera and they couldn’t fix it. I had the same thing repaired last August, so it was under warranty. this time they said it was the radio had something to do with the back camera and it will cost $1000 Was not happy. I’ve never in the past had any problems with their service department, but this time was the exception.. More

I had an appointment for an oil change at 2:00 PM. I arrived on time but didn’t end up leaving the dealership until about 3:45 for what should be 30-45 minute service appointment.
