I set up an appointment over a week in advanced to get my car looked at. Dropped it off at 7am. By 4 pm they had not even touched it and planned on keeping it overnight before they could even have a chanc car looked at. Dropped it off at 7am. By 4 pm they had not even touched it and planned on keeping it overnight before they could even have a chance to maybe look at it. Needless to say I picked my car up and now am having to take it some place else. Whats the point of making an appointment and then being told they need 48 hours to even look at it! Don't waste your time with this dealership. Take you car to someplace who wants your business. More

Recently I had very bad experience with service dept. They doesn't know how to handle their customers especially when customer was talking about concerns, service staff was not ready to spend even 1-2min They doesn't know how to handle their customers especially when customer was talking about concerns, service staff was not ready to spend even 1-2mins of his time to listen. I didn't receive proper status update during my car parked at body shop center to fix the issues. I called nearly 5-6 times in two days to service dept to get to know the car status but not received proper response. More
