Service department is a joke. Made an appointment to get my vehicle looked at, which took almost 2 weeks. Took it in at 7am and by 4pm they hadn't touched it. What's the point of making an appointment? Picked my vehicle up and took it to a place that actually wants my business. Do not recommend at all! More

Never fixed the problem and never called or kept me updated on my vehicle..I had to contact Joseph at least three different times just to see when I could get my vehicle back…will never bring any of my updated on my vehicle..I had to contact Joseph at least three different times just to see when I could get my vehicle back…will never bring any of my vehicles back to Feldman! I would rather drive to Ann Arbor then deal with Feldman again! More
