the sales staff was outstanding. the process and high pressure for extras was unappreciated and not welcomed. this was my daughters first purchase of a vehicle. and it felt like we the process and high pressure for extras was unappreciated and not welcomed. this was my daughters first purchase of a vehicle. and it felt like we were buying a piece of garbage and we should have bought all the extra coverage. It took 2 hours to by a car that was cut and dry with the price. I am a GM employee and I felt that GM makes poor vehicles. again the sales staff was GREAT! the process of Feldman Chevrolet will probably make me go all the way back to my dealer in Warren. More

I bought a new 24 chevy Trax. David Metier was great to work with and I had a plan on what i wanted and made his job easy.. Car came in and only reall issue i had was the detailin David Metier was great to work with and I had a plan on what i wanted and made his job easy.. Car came in and only reall issue i had was the detailing job was sub par.. I took it back yo him and had the redo the prep.. They did not set tire pressuer nor cleaned the hard dust/ dirt off all the rubber.. The Finance guy felt to pushy and I felt like he was upset that turned down all the extra stuff.. When I walked with my new ride everyone turned ther back on me and did not say anyting.. that was weird More
