1 hour 40 mins for an oil change is absurd. Truck was dirty inside and even though they claimed they washed it there was still bird poop all over my truck. I had an oil change on the 15th. Yesterday there was a large oil leak under my truck. I put in 1.5 quarts of oil and drove to Feldman New Hudson. Pete was wonderful as ever and got m Yesterday there was a large oil leak under my truck. I put in 1.5 quarts of oil and drove to Feldman New Hudson. Pete was wonderful as ever and got me in to see what happened. Your AI pictures as you come into service took pics and Pete and I looked at them on the computer. We saw a leak by the oil filter. Service put in a new filter and oil. The tech said that the filter was a little bit loose. So what would have happened if I hadn’t noticed the leak and the engine seized up? This is very concerning to me. I rely on you guys at FEldman to do the job right the FIRST TIME. More
