The service advisor Debra is awful I inform her I had the warranty on my car and she never stated to me there would be a fee if the work was not covered so I was charged $175 for the diagnosis of My car. She isn’t very helpful and she stated to me when I told her she should have told me about the fee she said don’t turn this around on me I’m not getting nasty with. The inside of the truck was not clean, Mats covered up the carpet which they did not vacuum, windows were not clean, Mats were not clean. We felt pressured towards the end of the deal, a couple days lat the carpet which they did not vacuum, windows were not clean, Mats were not clean. Other than that things were good. I still do not feel good about the deal, we feel too much money out of pocket was used for what we're paying per month. More
