I gave three stars because of a few unpleasantries. #1. The receptionist is not very friendly in person or on the phone. She is the first person you see when you walk through the door and a first im #1. The receptionist is not very friendly in person or on the phone. She is the first person you see when you walk through the door and a first impression on the dealership. A pleasant smile and greeting would be nice. After my purchase I had a very important and urgent question for someone in finance. The first three times I called, I was transferred to someone's voicemail where I left urgent messages (#2). My last call to her was to ask and plead to talk to a human. She kept transferring me to voicemails. As I continued to call back, instead of answering the phone, she began transferring me. She must've recognized my number and was too lazy to go find someone for me. I don't no her name but if she is one of the personnel below, I would give her one star. Do you guys call your own dealership to see how customers are treated? #3. I left several urgent voicemails to several dealership personnel including the general manager and never received one call back, not one. Finally and I am very thankful for Bryan Milder, when I contacted him, he walked down to finance and within 10 minutes I received a call from the Finance Manager (Jeff??) and my urgent concern was resolved in less than 5 minutes. #4. I have bought houses in less time than it took to complete financing on my truck. I was there for over two hours, then I got into the "New Guy" at least that's what he told me. This was not a very pleasant experience. I am very thankful for Bryan's attitude and professionalism. More
