Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson

I’ve completed two other reviews and keep getting emails for the same service review for this dealership. My last two service appointments for this dealership in New Hudson was the absolute worst experienc for the same service review for this dealership. My last two service appointments for this dealership in New Hudson was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. My newer/2021 truck was in service for engine problems twice for a total of 8 days. They were unable, admittedly, to repair my vehicle. They told me to take the truck back, drive it around until it gets worse and bring it back. 8 days they had my truck and the dealership did not have loaner cars. This is a lease vehicle under warranty! The truck has already broken down when I was driving my daughter to school. I made two phone calls into the manager of the service dept, Mr Jordan and never received a phone call back! Their only solution was for me to lease another truck where they demanded a large sum of money down. I explained they replace the lease with a similar truck and payment, but they refused. Now they may be dealing with a far worse lemon law situation. I DO NOT recommend Feldman Chevrolet in New Hudson, they will not work to help you and their service dept is terrible. I can go on for multiple paragraphs on my experience with them. More

Had a scheduled service appt for oil change and brake check. Received a phone call telling me brakes were checked and all Ok. Had 7 mm left and rotors fine. Brought in for brakes as I heard a noise. check. Received a phone call telling me brakes were checked and all Ok. Had 7 mm left and rotors fine. Brought in for brakes as I heard a noise. Couple hours later, received a phone call telling me oil technician was incorrect. Service guy had brake technician double check and low and behold brakes were at 1 mm and had to be replaced with rotors on rear. Shocked. Approx. $500. +/- later. I was told noise I heard was “rust”. Just think if I had picked up my truck and driven it further. What other damage would I have done? Only positive was when Pete called to tell me brakes were fine and I again questioned the noise. Thank God he had the proper technician check. Otherwise, Pete was great but can’t say that about the rest of my experience. More

Excellent customer service and quick with my oil change. They also gave me a breakdown in price of future maintenance but made sure to tell me what would be highest priority and what could wait.
