I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Feldman of New Hudson was the 9th dealership I contacted. My only regret is that I didn’t contact them first! I live in Troy and didn’t expect it to be so difficult to find a dealership that actually listened to what I wanted & respected my request. Gregory Green did exactly that. After we corresponded via e-mail (as I requested), I called him & I was driving my new Trax in less than 24 hours. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, professional & informative. I had a collision with a deer that did considerable damage to my car. It took about a month to fix my car at Feldman. It cost about $10,000 to repair my car. The car was repaired as good as new.
