Room car in for oil change and said I was having issue with Bluetooth and losing air on 1 tire (3 time i had told them about that problem). Was told the oil was change and could not find an issue with the with Bluetooth and losing air on 1 tire (3 time i had told them about that problem). Was told the oil was change and could not find an issue with the tire. As for the radio they do not work on them but they would order one a swap I it under warranty. When the part comes in they would call to schedule an appointment to install and it should only take 2 hours. 3 weeks later they call and leave a message to schedule the appointment. So I call in and setup the appointment. The day I show up it is much colder than it had been and I mentioned the tire was still having issues. So they said they would look at it again when they did the radio. And hour and half into my 2 hour window they say they found a nail in the sidewall and would have to order a new tire that was not in stock. It would take another hour. I said ok and would wait. At the 3 hour mark I am told they ordered the wrong tire and it would not be in till in the day and the techs would be gone and would not be able to change it till the next day. So I said fine and went home. Service coordinator called and said the correct tire did arrive. Next day (2 day not able to work) I do not hear anything till after lunch. When I decided to call and was told the radio was not in and might it show up till the late part delivery so it would not be able to be installed till day 3. At which point I asked if the tire was done. It was and I would be coming to get my car. If this was an isolated incident I would be more forgiving but this has happened before and now I cannot decide if they are so poorly run that this keeps happening or if they are just deliberately lying to everyone. One thing is for sure I will never go back and would recommend to everyone else to stay away. More
