My husband inspected the vehicle I wanted to purchase. He discovered an oil leak. The salesman and sales manager argued that there was no such leak as the vehicle went through an inspection. They agreed to have service look at it and I would complete the purchase the next day. I took a vacation day and was in my way to pick up the vehicle when the salesman called me to say there was a significant oil leak and it could be a week before it was fixed due to parts on back order. I continue to call every couple of days for status updates and kept being pushed off to other people. I finally got word that it was a faulty drain plug. After 10 days I finally got my vehicle! I love the vehicle! I had my own financing but the finance person tried to pressure me into all sorts of extended coverage and warranties. More
