Service is usually very quick. Had a warranty issue with paint on my Equinox and they were able to paint a the defect hood ahead of time. The deal seemed great till I started reviewing things and caught him and FAnd I in a lie!!!! Redid paper work twice and still not happy with what they did! Once the issue with my vehicle was diagnosed a part was needed, but the service could not be completed the day the tech was sent for the part as the service advisor indicated he was very busy and returned needed, but the service could not be completed the day the tech was sent for the part as the service advisor indicated he was very busy and returned to late with the part. This added extra days to the return of my vehicle. It appears that perhaps additional help is needed in the service (Support) department. Good effort was made by the mechanic & service advisor working to diagnose the issue with my truck. More

Definitely would recommend Ryan Plate I can’t being how to express how amazing he was !! We have 3 kids and it’s hard to do anything with them let alone pick out a car we love. Ryan went above and beyond a to express how amazing he was !! We have 3 kids and it’s hard to do anything with them let alone pick out a car we love. Ryan went above and beyond and we went from wanting a traverse to getting a brand new 2023 Tahoe all with Ryan’s help and pictures and videos he sent us we did everything over the phone explained our wants and needs in a car and he found us the perfect vehicle!!! We will be back and definitely will be recommending him we have delt with many sales people and unfortunately the communication isn’t always there but Ryan had a 10/10 with getting back to us ! Can’t say enough great things about him More
