2. I had a service in this dealer. I was told that I need to change my cabin filter and engine air filter in the middle of the work, but they didn’t tell me what price it will charge me, then at the end when to change my cabin filter and engine air filter in the middle of the work, but they didn’t tell me what price it will charge me, then at the end when I check out, I found I need to pay $127.22 for the two filters. This is ridiculous, I just replaced my filter for my another vehicle at the other Ford Fusion dealer two weeks ago, and they just charged me $32 including labor for one filter. I know it is more expensive to change the filter in dealer, but you cannot charge twice of the price compared to another dealer. This is ridiculous. More
