Was not kept informed on what was going on. Was in for tire leak and not able to reset the clock. Sat there for over 2 hrs. No tx...nothing. this was not the service i came to like. David was extremely professional and a great salesman to work with. He had the car cleaned and pulled up before we even got to the dealership. He sat in the back during our test drive and walked us through work with. He had the car cleaned and pulled up before we even got to the dealership. He sat in the back during our test drive and walked us through all the features, and best of all he was a good listener and did not push us in any direction. David even stayed until 11pm and personally detailed the vehicle after we purchased it! Would recommend this dealer to anyone. They stayed late and went the extra mile. I was told that as part of the oil change dealer performs multi point inspection. I asked to see if they can visually check my suspension as I hear cracking sounds from suspension at slow speed over bumpy multi point inspection. I asked to see if they can visually check my suspension as I hear cracking sounds from suspension at slow speed over bumpy roads and when I apply brakes I hear whooshing or rubbing sound from my brakes when applied at low speed. They told me nothing was found yet problem still there. Don't know what this multi point inspection really means. More
